1. Introduction 

 

Welcome to TIC - The Italian Connection (“TIC”). 

 

The app is owned by MIGI Tech FZC LLC, headquartered in Sharjah, United Arab  Emirates. 

 

Using the app implies acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

 

2. App use 

 

The app is intended for users aged 18 or older. 

 

By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 

 

At registration, users accept our Privacy Policy and authorize the processing of personal  data. 

 

3. Content 

 

Each Partner is responsible for the content they publish through the app. 

 

TIC is not a party to any relationship between users and Partners and does not guarantee  the accuracy or truthfulness of content provided by Partners.

 

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIGI Tech FZC LLC, its administrators,  employees, and affiliates from any claim, complaint, loss, damage, liability, legal  expense, or proceeding arising from: 

 

1. Fraud, scams, or illegal activities conducted by the Partner or third parties; 2. Commercial or contractual disputes between the User and Partner; 3. User’s non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or the app’s terms of  use. 

 

This indemnity applies regardless of whether the claim is civil, criminal, or  administrative, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages. 

 

4. Prohibited conduct 

 

You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes 

• Impersonate another user 

• Post offensive or discriminatory content 

• Attempt to compromise the app 

 

5. Intellectual property 

 

All rights to the app belong to MIGI Tech FZC LLC. 

 

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. 

 

6. Limitation of liability 

 

TIC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the app. Use of the app is at the user’s own risk 

 

7. Changes 

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. 

 

8. Account closure 

 

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts for misuse.

9. Governing law 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the local courts
